The service

LSS Analyst is a statistics engine for AI agents, run by T&O Hemolex Oy (business ID 3339584-6). These terms apply when you use it, through an AI agent or this website. By using the service you accept them.

The beta

• The beta is free and open to the people we invite.
• It may change, be interrupted or end at any time. We will try to tell you in advance.
• Datasets and results are deleted after 30 days. Keep your own copy of anything you need.

Your data

• Your data stays yours. We use it only to run the analyses you ask for.
• Upload only data you are allowed to share with us.
• Don't upload personal data or confidential data that you may not process outside your organisation.

How we handle data is described in the privacy policy.

Results

The engine calculates every number with tested methods and checks their assumptions, and every result can be reproduced. Still, a statistical result is evidence, not a decision. You are responsible for how you use results, especially for decisions about products, processes or safety. Your AI agent chooses the analysis and explains the result; check that its choice fits your question. A result shows association, not cause.

Acceptable use

Don't:

• try to reach other users' data or get around sign-in or limits;
• overload the service or use it to attack others;
• upload unlawful content or malware.

We may suspend accounts that do.

No warranty, limited liability

The beta is provided as it is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Ending

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end your access to the beta with reasonable notice, or at once if you break these terms.
